Founded in 1978 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Dion's grew from a single location into a beloved regional institution. Our founder, inspired by the flavors of New Mexico and a passion for honest cooking, set out to craft sandwiches, dion's pizza, and fresh salads that locals would return to again and again.
What makes dions different is our commitment to sourcing local where we can, baking fresh bread daily, and hand-making our sauces and dressings. We've never wavered from the original promise: real food, real fast, at a fair price.
